Get full refund protection against shipping delays, loss, damage, and theft.

  • Loss: Claim the full value of your purchase if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 30 days of fulfillment (60 days for international packages).
  • Arrival delay: Claim $5 if your domestic package isn’t delivered within 10 days (30 days for international packages).
  • Damage: Claim up to the full value of your purchase if your package is damaged in transit.
  • Theft (Porch piracy): Claim the full value of your purchase if your package is stolen within 7 days of the carrier’s “delivered” update.

We ship worldwide. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Tracking information is automatically updated by the postal carrier and can be viewed by logging into your store account.

Refunds & Returns

Your happiness is our priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, this means your item can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt, in exchange for store credit.

Store credit will be issued to your account after we receive your return, equivalent to the monetary amount you paid for the item, minus any shipping costs.

Return lodgements made outside of the returns window, or not via your store account, will not be accepted.

Lodge a return by logging into your store account with the email address that was used to place your order. You will be automatically emailed a login link to access your account where you can lodge the return.

 

EXCEPTIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards or sale items
  • Store Credit
  • Underwear & Socks
  • Personal Hygiene Items
  • Paintings / Hand-Made Art

 

EXCHANGES: The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item by following our returns process. A new purchase can be made for your desired item once the return has been accepted.

 

REFUNDS: We do not provide refunds for items that do not fit or due to change of mind. Instead, the easiest way to get what you want is to make a return, and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds are only provided if an item is deemed to be faulty or damaged. If this has happened to you, please request a return and contact us immediately for a resolution.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order. Koda will not be held responsible for packages lost during transit, or for any damage caused by courier mishandling.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately and will do our best to pause and modify the address before it leaves our warehouse.
