Which locations do you ship to?
We ship to all locations Australia-wide and across the globe! There aren't many destinations we don't deliver to.

Can I pay with Afterpay?
Yes, we offer Afterpay as a Buy Now, Pay Later service. To use Afterpay, simply proceed to the checkout page when you're done shopping, and it will appear as a listed payment method (You may need to scroll to the bottom). You will then be directed to finalise your order with Afterpay.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, undamaged items, with refunds only for faulty products. Customers pay return postage, and store credit is given for non-faulty returns.
I received my order but some items are missing. What now?
For faster delivery, we may ship some items separately. This may occur if they are packed at different warehouses, or we are waiting for a shipment to arrive. Your tracking information is updated to show the status of both deliveries in these instances, so you're kept in the loop.
Please contact us if it has been 5 days since you received your first package, so we can follow up your remaining items for you.
